Sophistication punctuated with dark sensuality and a punk rock pulse – Viktor Luna’s eponymous collection is for the woman who is empowered, elegant, and edgy.
I took a moment to visit and shoot in the Hoboken Terminal in Hoboken, New Jersey. Built in 1907, this historic landmark stands gracefully along the Hudson River. Smothered in stone, marble, exaggerated window panes, stained glass, and a large clock in this waiting room gives “breathtaking” a new meaning. I wore one of my favorite designs by Viktor Luna
for the occasion. The Tiamat Pleated Dress by Luna features metallic gold pleats along the skirt and shoulders, corset boning on the waist, intricate black tubing details. This immaculate piece contrasted perfectly with the cathedral-like tones of the Hoboken Terminal’s Waiting Room.
the best part about this highly detailed and decorated dress – minimal accessories required! I kept it simple with a black pump and gold triangle earrings (Aldo
) that could easily be hidden in my hair, yet peek out every so often, and a petite gold signature watch by Daniel Wellington
