Tweed + Houndstooth

Some of the most important items to have in your closet are ordinarily classic pieces. Tweed is one of those timeless textures that will amp up your look for those fall/winter frigid days while also keeping you warm. It can be worn from the office, to brunch, to fashion shows. Some of the world’s most coveted have worn tweed, such as Anna Wintour, Kate Middleton (the Duchess of Cambridge), Coco Chanel, and fashion editors around the globe. It is a for sure hit to carry yourself as the ultimate woman.

Some say Houndstooth originated in Scotland in the 1800s, orginally worn by shephards. Classic enough for ya? If you have houndstooth, don’t get rid of it. It may be out of style next winter, but I guarantee it will always come back. Classic pieces always come back in style, just different. Perhaps with a different cut from the previous seasons, nonetheless, they’re never missing for too long.

If you can’t tell by now, I’m a fan of mixed prints. Adding these leather, studded gloves were a solid addition to modernize this old school feel with a rocker esthetic. While most would stick to either silver or gold accessories, we mixed the silver studs with a simple rose gold choker, subtle earrings, and eyewear with yet another stand-out print. Statement pieces allow me to step out of the mundane trends. Sure, sometimes less is more; however, my comfort zone lies in the depths of something different.

So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
